At Mammys Garden, your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we always aim to deliver fresh, safe, and high-quality frozen food products.

Because our products are frozen food items, please review the policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of frozen food products, returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery, unless there is a clear defect or an error with the product.

  • If you receive a product with any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a defect or mistake, Mammys Garden will fully cover all return and shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are always made using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

    • Cash payments are refunded in cash at the time of return.

    • Online payments are refunded within 7 business days from the date the returned product is received and approved.

A Few Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

  • Refunds or returns will not be accepted if the product was improperly stored or handled after delivery.
