Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of frozen food products, returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery, unless there is a clear defect or an error with the product.

If you receive a product with any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a defect or mistake, Mammys Garden will fully cover all return and shipping costs.
Refunds

Refunds are always made using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

Cash payments are refunded in cash at the time of return.
